Sudan’s al-Bashir denies role in Darfur violence
Leader also accuses United States of ulterior motives in Sudan

KHARTOUM, Sudan - Amid intense international pressure to stop the atrocities in Darfur, the president of Sudan reacted forcefully Monday, denying his government is complicit in ethnic cleansing and accusing the United States of having ulterior motives against Sudan.

WMDC Comments: Why should we believe him? He lied many times to the international community about well documented human rights violations such as torture. He arrogantly denied the existence of Ghost Houses, i.e. torture centers in Sudan while thousands were detained inside these places and went through horrific times.
